After reading our Terms and conditions please click here to apply for your wholesale account. After submitting this form we will contact you via email regarding the acceptance and activation of your DB Wholesale Account.
We carefully consider the location of all of our potential retailers so as not to oversaturate any one particular area. Our goal is to increase your customer traffic and business, so we choose retailers that are not within close proximity to our existing retailers.
Minimum Wholesale Purchase:
Our Wholesale Minimum is $300 with a $200 reorder minimum.
All of our DB Wholesale products will be shipped in case quantities of 5 each. When filling out your DB Wholesale Order Form please make sure that each product you select has a minimum quantity of at least 5.
As an approved DB Retailer you will receive 50% off of the suggested retail price of each DB product.
Upon approval to become a DB Retailer, you will receive an email welcoming you to our family as well as confirmation that your online wholesale account has been activated. Upon receiving this you can now go to our company website, login with your email address and password and begin placing your order.
Method of Payment:
All wholesale orders will be billed in full at time of order placement with the exception of shipping costs, which are billed when the order ships. We do not offer Net terms. We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or via PayPal. Your order will start being processed as soon as your payment is received in full.
Order Processing Time:
All DB products are freshly made to order. As a result, please allow at least 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed. Order Creation times will also vary depending on order size and time of year. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks extra time for order processing during the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years) and sale seasons. During these times please make sure to plan properly and place your wholesale orders as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery:
We ship all orders using USPS and charge all costs for shipping when order is ready to ship. If any damage occurs via USPS shipping, please keep and hold all shipping materials and contact USPS & Darcy’s Botanicals, LLC immediately to resolve as soon as possible.[>
Retail Location Listing:
Upon receipt of your first wholesale order and payment, we will then add your business name and contact info to our Retail Locations page on the official DB website. If you would like something specific to be added to your company’s contact information or you would like to make some changes to some existing info then please email our Wholesale Accounts Manager, Telise at firstname.lastname@example.org
We charge a $35.00 re-stocking fee for any orders that are cancelled after order production has already begun.
Returns & Exchanges:
Our products are handmade fresh to order; as a result, we do not accept returns, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. If any concerns should arise, however, please contact us immediately so we can service you accordingly.
By placing an order with Darcy’s Botanicals, LLC, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree with our company’s terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the owner’s discretion and should such changes occur all approved DB Retailers will be notified of such changes.
